Logitech player keys stopped working with Winamp 5.541

Hello,

I have long used Winamp and controlled it with my Logitech Keyboard (S510). Until now this has never been a problem, but it seems that the latest Winamp disrupted something.

When Winamp is out of focus my player buttons don't work anymore (play,stop,ffw,rw). When it is in focus everything works perfect. Other buttons, like volume etc., work perfectly.

I have looked around the forum for a solution, but couldn't find one. I have tried different entries in my players.ini file (which controls the buttons om my keyboard), but none of them worked. I now only have the default entry left:

WinAmp5=cmd,winamp.exe,Winamp v1.x,xxx,xxx,40045,40046,40047,40044,40048,0,1,Winamp 5

I believe the problem arose when I installed Winamp 5.541, before that I have never had any problem like this.

Does anyone have any advice for me on how to fix this.

Thanks in advance.

Should work with the Logitech keyboards:
Preferences > Global Hotkeys > check "Enabled default multimedia key support..."
Uncheck "Enabled"

Thank you for your reaction.

I already found out about that option so I tried it, with the first option checked and unchecked. And last time this didn't seem to make any difference....

But after your reaction I tried it again and now it does work! But I have no idea what changed. I did reinstall Winamp and Setpoint in the meantime so that might have helped.

Anyway, thanks for your suggestion!

Was having the exact same issue.

I uninstalled Setpoint 460, and uninstalled winamp, installed Winamp's newest version, and then installed setpoint 440, and everything works again..

Looks like a Setpoint issue.
