Recently played smart view
 

How can I make this smart view only display tracks that have played for a least 30 seconds, I'm trying to prevent track play times from being distorted when I use shuffle

Ya can't.
Bow Prefrences > Media Library > History
"Wait 30 seconds before tacking items"
Will effect the History section in the Media Library, but WILL NOT effect Recently Played under Local Media.
