Winamp skips or studers
 

I've got a Dell T3400 Intel Duo 3G, with 3.25 Gb of ram and a Nvidia quadro FX 4600.

I use a program called Tekla structures. This is only happened since I got my new computer. my old computer was a single core 3G with 2 gigs of ram.

When I'm pressing any of the function buttons with this Tekla program winamp studders almost like a cd skipping.

Its the only program that seems to do it?

I've updated all drivers and everything is up to date. I've tried playing with winamp buffers and everything along that line, and I've looked through the forum and haven't been able to find anything on this.

I've done a clean install with winamp again, same thing.

Help??

PS - also does the same thing with Windows media player.
