Format Converter
 

Just purchased pro and have an issue. When making a selection from my IPOD collection, and then sending it to the format converter to save and change to MP3 Encoder, I get an error "cannot find decoder". How do I install the decoder?

By using an input plugin that supports the transcoder. Most old and third-party ones don't, I will actually say all because I haven't used one yet that does.

Please state what format files you are trying to convert and what input plugin(s) you are using. In fact, why don't you provide us with a plugins list as stated in the FAQ.
