ntdll.dll error with portable

Seems like I am not alone with this with other players but my Winamp keeps shutting down the minute I plug-in my Samsung YP-T10 portable MP3. I get an error message noting the ntdll.dll code error. Clean install hasn't worked, any other suggestions? Please?
