DSP Does Not Work Using URL "linein"

Winamp version 5.551
DSP plugin AudioProc 1.50 or Sound Solution 1.3

When I play files, either of the 2 DSP's works fine. When I use "Play URL - linein://" the DSP will not work. Why is that?

Because it doesn't capture audio, it just samples it for visualizations.
