error ripping track #1: cannot find decoder
 

have winamp pro 5.0 and has worked for me scince jan 09 (and the last 5 years on an ot her computer.)
yesterday tried to rip original CD and
"got error ripping track #1: cannot find decoder"
changed cd. followed thred and stop a service listed in that thred "Service: LightScribeService Direct Disc Labeling Service" no joy and all the other servacoes listed are not on my computer (i think) what do i do?
