Lightning Bolt and Plugins

A while back i fell in love with the Pushtec 5+1A Equalizer. Despite it being a great plugin its burried in the preferences menu... is there any way to call it up from the lightning bolt on the classic skins or to make it the default EQ instead of winamps bult in one?

you'd have to contact the plugin author to get something like that changed.
