Winamp portable transfer is terrible

I'm quite surprised that a player as mature as Winamp is just so bad in the transfer to portables department. Not only it transfers songs in alphabetical order instead of track order, a bug that I'm being told is by design, but also it's painfully slow. I transferred the same exact song with Winamp, WMP 11 and Windows Explorer, on Vista Home Premium 64, to my iRiver T10, using the same exact cable connected to a USB 2.0 port. On Winamp it took 1 minute and 4 seconds. On WMP 11 it took 20 seconds and in Explorer 6 seconds, which means WMP 11 also has some transfer problems, but Winamp takes more than three times what WMP takes, and more than ten times what Windows explorer takes. It's ridiculous. Extremely slow and the songs don't transfer in the correct order unless you take the time to create and name a playlist, but even if you do that, what would be the point when transferring is so painfully slow?

It's a shame that such a great player has such a big design flaw.
