Winamp & Shoutcast Forums - Media Library Broken (blank)

Heres the problem - After starting up my computer today, winamp looked like this - http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j3...shotwinamp.jpg

Blank. All the local media sections look like this, and my playlists are gone. This was before i updated to 5.552, but updating didn't fix it. Neither did a clean install. Also, if i try to re-scan my folders, Winamp crashes and i get this error report -
