Transfering music (from) device (to) library !
 

I originally transferred my music from my local media to my Ipod! Transfer went fine! After transfer I went into and edited info on the songs I had just transferred. I edited the genre and some title info to correct some songs. All editing went fine.
Later that month I cleaned out my computer and reinstalled Winamp. I have purchased another Ipod and want to transfer my music from my old Ipod to my new one.
When I transfer my music from my old Ipod back into my Local media it looses alot of song information on certain songs. (Keep in mind, all song info on my old was originally loaded from Winamp and the edited song information was edited in Winamp)

1. A lot of titles are missing!
2. Songs are missing
3. Most important is the edited information I changed for most of these songs are back to the way before I changed them.

Why is the info being lost from the ipod to the computer?

Please help!
