Unable to rip to flac.
 

Hi,

I'm running the complete bundle (free) winamp 5.522 on Vista 64bit OS and an unable to rip to flac. I've setup the ripper to use the FLAC encoder with directory placement etc, and started the track rip through the media library Rip for an individual track. The problem it start and complete the rip but no output appears in the directory.

Before I started this, I downloaded the mp3 decoder, and started a rip and it encoded to 320 vbr (which I'd setup beforehand) and it worked fine. I removed it, restarted vista and tried to rip again. Still no flac.

Any ideas.

Hi,
Managed to fix the problem. Simply Right Click and Run As Administrator and ensure flac support is included (which it is by default). Worked perfectly after that.
