2 outputs, need to sync

Hello, I am using plugins to allow the same output to 2 separate devices at the same time.

One device is out of sync by about 1 second since it is streaming to another room....is there a way to delay the audio on the device that plays in real time so they can be in sync?

Output Plugins using:
Audioburst FX System v2.10
Multiple Output Plugin v1.1
waveOut output v2.1
