Modern Skin Media Library List Issue

I am using the modern Winamp skin and the Media Library list has jumped off the screen, I cant seem to drag it back down. I switched to classic skin which works fine but I do not like the classic skin. Anyone can tell me how to drag the media library list back down to the middle of the screen?
