Autotag choices
 

I'm a new user, been using WMP to transfer tunes to my player and Itunes to keep the library organized. Was told this is the best program to do both :)

My problem is this. I'm currently transfering all my cd's into my media library and I came across a problem with auto-tagging. I hope you can help. I listen to a lot of mid-70's -90's bands and when I use auto-tag to place all the info in, I get albums that I'm not ripping. I can do a "I love the 80's" cd and the tracks each get info for diffrent albums they were originally on. Currently, I use the auto tag to just get the track title and artist and manually change the album name and track number. Is there a setting that I'm missing when I rip the album, or am I just doing something really wrong? And another problem I ran into was I'll have a overseas album title on a US bought cd. I must be doing something wrong, can you help?
