in_flv.dll -> wrong audio output
My PC (XP) has 2 sound cards; one connected to my HiFi rig, the other connected to the tiny desktop speakers.
out_ds.dll is configured to use soundcard #1->HiFi. Windows system default is soundcard #2->desktop. But when I watch a flash video, the sound goes straight to the system default soundcard, ignoring Winamp's out-config. I guess that's a bug in in_flv.dll, isn't it? |
Hmm, I think it's more of a limitation than a bug.
in_flv is just a plugin to interface with the Adobe Flash Player, which is what does the actual decoding. You could try switching to the DirectShow playback method instead... http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....85#post2013385 |
