'Enqueue after current'-option wanted

Hello, I have searched this forum for info on how I can realize an 'Enqueue after current'-option, either in the explorer right-click context menu or via double-click in an Explorer window, and found some 3-4 answers, none of which worked for me though.

So how do I do it? I run Windows 7 Ultimate.

'Enqueue after current' would indeed be nice. would love to see this right-click option in the medialib.
