Urgent: SimpleSC::ServiceIsRunning always say my running service is not running

After I installed the Unicode NSIS, the "SimpleSC::ServiceIsRunning" check always return 0 <service is not running> when my service is definitely running.
And the version of this SimpleSc.dll is 1.26 (the latest one).
I have no idea what wrong with it. Is there any Unicode version for this plug-in?
