Windows 7 Winamp CRASH
 

I had Winamp 5.56 running under Win7 Ultimate, but it would crash each time I shut it down. Installed 5.57, and now when starting for the first time I get this error. I cannot start Winamp at all, tried compatibility mode and running as Admin.

latest version is 5.572 (which seems to be what you are using)
it is recommended to uninstall all older version of winamp for compatibility with win 7

as for a crash when it shuts down it has to do with the notifier freezing at shutdown of the program

other than this i cant tell what is causing your system to keep winamp from loading
