Visualisation Load menu takes 2 minutes to load
 

Title pretty much says it all.

It started happening a month ago, but I thought nothing of it, until today, where I think it's just prolonging the issue, as I had to wait for 2 minutes for WinAmp to respond with the visualisation menu. I never had this problem before, I used to be able to call on the menu (using "L") in 5 seconds without any problems.

Any idea of what could be happening that's making this slower? Is there any sort of diagnostics I could run to see what has caused this?

Nothing has changed with my system since the problem occurred (apart from standard Windows Updates), no new software/plugins were installed, and my computer processing is more than sufficient and efficient to handle this.
