Winamp is not reading ReplayGain info from some files:

The files are LAME encoded MP3's with ID3v1 and ID3v2.4 tags. The ReplayGain info and all tagging have been done using foobar2000. I am using Winamp 5.581 and below there is a zip archive containing my plugin list and a sample file with this problem.
