concerned about an ip listener
 

there's this listener (an ip i've noticed) that's been listening constantly all day yesterday and today. i try to kick it, but then it pops right back on immediately - not even like 10 seconds later. it's immediate. it's like it's stuck to my station. what could that be?

this is the ip i'm concerned about:
205.188.177.151

i'd ban it, but since i'm a newb, i'm afraid to do that, lol.

That's the Shoutcast IP checking to see if your stream is up and public, number of other connections, current song playing, etc. That one and another that I can't remember the IP address right now but begins with 64 does the same thing. Probably the only two IPs that you don't ever have to worry about.

Don't spend too much time watching ip's,concentrate on making your
station great instead :)
