Video not working on second display.
 

I just did a fresh install of Windows XP with Winamp 5.581 DivX Plus 8 and the Omega 3.8.421 driver for ATI. Winamp now fails to play video correctly on a secondary display if I move the video window. It works great at first, no matter which display is the primary, but the image motion is slow and choppy on the other display whenever the window size is more than 100% of the video. So, if I close Winamp with the video window on the left display, it will only work on the left when I reopen Winamp, and vice versa.

WMP 9 is working perfectly on all displays with DivX video, so the problem appears to be in Winamp only. I did not have this problem before with the older versions. :(

Problem solved. Here's what happened:

1. I added the WinampCOM plugin and it failed miserably.

2. Suspecting Winamp has turned to crap, I uninstalled version 5.58.

3. Installed version 5.54.

4. Video works properly. WinampCOM works properly. The end.
