Wifi Sync won't discover my phone
 

I have the Winamp App on my My Touch 4g, I have the latest version of winamp on my laptop, they are both connected to the same wifi network, wifi sync is checked in the app on my phone, I click discover on the laptop's winamp and nothing happens. How do I fix this?

I'm having the same problem. I saw my device listed once, but not since.

I'm having the same problem. My computer is hardwired to my wireless router, could this be an issue?

I've got the same problem. I also had it with doubleTwist Air Sync (another player for Droid phones). I'm starting to think it might be something to do with my router.

Even when I tried to manually match by phone to doubleTwist using the IP address it couldn't find it.

I'm using a Netgear DGN 2000 by the way.

Just tried this across a different wifi network with the same PC and phone. Now working fine.

Lack of multicast on the Netgear was most likely the problem.
