Can I create a file to capture my line in , line rec ,line mic, etc. content at the same time as I am streaming it as live audio into Shoutcast?

Yes you can.

The latest SHOUTcast DSP plugin supports line in from the mic for live DJ stuff.

A bunch of the DJ tools do as well.
