Online services download location
I use the Song of the Day online service via Winamp. When I first started downloading the songs instead of streaming them it prompted me to select a download location. By accident I chose the wrong location. My problem is that I can't find how to change the location. I have searched all throughout Preferences and Winamp forums and blogs and can't find the solution. I'm sure it can't be that difficult. Please help!

What OS are you using? There are a number of default folder (e.g. My Music) that it could have saved the music file to. I would try a search for the tune. I also did not find a setting for directory to save to although I suspect it is buried in one of the Media Library menus. I will play around with it and see if I can come up with anything.

I was able to duplicate the behavior you observed, but I DO AGREE that you should be prompted on subsequent downloads to specify a different directory as needed. That may be the way Spinner handles things though...

Yeah. I was able to choose an initial default directory but it is not the one I wanted and I was not able to go back and change it. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 SP1. Do you know if this is an issue with Winamp or with Spinner's Song of the Day service?

I posted a question about that in the SHOUTCast forum. I didn't consider it a cross-post at this time, but we will see how it is treated.
