Disabling the winamp overlay?
 

This has been driving me crazy for the last year, and after googling a massive amount of pages with no answer I decided I'd ask here. I apologize if it's something silly, but I can't locate it in the settings.

How the hell do you disable this: http://www.dobson.be/files/playback-overlay.jpg
(the overlay that contains 'end of playback' and names of next tracks etc.

Option A:
Assuming you are using the Bento skin in full mode:
Options menu > Notifications > Never Show

Option B: switch to a skin that doesn't have notifications ie: Classic
