searching playlists without erasing the queue
 

I use the search function a lot to find specfiic songs but when I chose the song the play queue is cleared and replaced with the single track. Is it possible to search for a song within a queue or playlist and play it with out erasing the play queue so that once the chosen song is finished the play queue just continues? On PC winamp this was achieved with the "jump" function but I can't seem to figure out how to do it on my phone (Samsung galgaxy S2)
