Showing playlist as empty

I'm using Winamp as prime music player since i first bought an Android Phone. After the last upgrade from SE X8 to Samsung Galaxy S+ (i9001) i have troubles with my playlists. Most of them are now shown as empty.
The playlists are created using Windows Media Player 12 and then copied (not synced) to sd card. That way worked fine previeously but now the winamp android player doesn´t show any files in all but one or two of my playlists. I checked the "faulty" ones with an editor and the syntax seems correct to me. In the standard android player they work just fine, too.
Any ideas how to fix that strange behavior? I´d really love to stick to winamp as it´s the perfect player for me.
