listen.pls error

I got my server up and running and I save the "listen.pls" from the DNAS status page for my Stream#1 but for some reason when I put the listen.pls into my other computers winamp it keeps giving me a 404 error and the server is telling me "Shoutcast2 client connection rejected. Stream not available."
Seems like it should work because I saved the file from in the browser that is showing the active stream status.

Anyone come across this? Suggestions?
Thanks a bunch! ~J

I've look through the forums for hours trying to find a solution so sorry if it's a repeated question.

what version of the DNAS are you using?
if it's a v2 DNAS, have you created an authhash for the stream if you're wanting it to be listed (as per http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/SHOUTcas...ash_Management) ?
have you checked the DNAS logs for any errors especially those relating to the YP?

Daz! You the man for sure!
I went into the Source DSP and un-checked the "Make this server public" and it worked right away. The authhash has been a little confusing since changing to v2.
I'll update the thread if I come accross anything else that may help folks.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN! ~J

rightio, as long as you don't want to be listed then that's not an issue to resolve it that way.

there's not too much too it, it just allows for pre-storing specific details of the stream so that when your listed, it ensures that your listing will only be your station and not like how the v1 handling can cause some incorrect clustering or un-related stations.
