Max sound level
 

After several updating Winamp on my Sony X-peria it seems to me the the max level of the sound (same songs, same headphones) is actually lower than some time ago. Is it possible or am I wrong? I know f.i. that there are some regulations in EU regarding sound level and ear protection.
