Winamp with airport express?
 

Hi! I've used Winamp for so many years from now and I think it's still the best player in the world. Now I want to use it as my main Android player. I'd really like to know if there is or there will be a way to stream the musick to my airport express by airplay (maybe a little airply icon!). It would be a Major add on!

You want them to add server functionality?

the server is added by the internet connextion (airport express is combined to your internet), So it's already added. It would be great just to have the function to choose from which speakers you want the the music to come out (Android or airpoirt express)

Maybe just add the icon like the ipod does!

It is not just adding an icon. The music must be sent to the device across the network. It must be in a format that the device can use. I would bet it would be much easier to get someone to write an output plugin for the desktop version. This is not a trivial problem.

Sure it's not just an icon, but i thought it could be possible to add something like it. Honey player has successdully add it to their player, and so is winamp on the pc version.

Seems Winamp android is not for me yet... I'll have to buy an Iphone to stream my music wireless. Maybe i'll be back in a couple years! Thanks anyway!
