Improve file naming for Album Washer album art
 

When I use Album Washer to download album artwork, it saves it to the album's folder as .<album title>.jpg.

My Android Gallery app then shows that file in its own gallery. So if I use Album Washer to download 100 album covers, I get 100 new galleries cluttering up my Gallery app.

However, if Album Washer saved the artwork at one of a couple of different filenames, like albumart.jpg, this would not occur.

Request: Have Album Washer save the album artwork within the album's folder with a file name that the system will ignore.
