Changing skins
 

Android 4.0.3 Samsung GT P-5110 tab

I have downloaded a couple of skins, but when I try to run the wsz or wal files I get a message that no apps can run this file.

I do not know the winamp version, but I dld it only a couple of cdays back from the winamp site.

Any help appreciated,

the android app does not use skins, they only apply to the desktop version.

OK. Thanks. That's a bit weird. There is a link to skons on the Winamp Android site....

is likely part of the general frame on the site which was all aimed at the desktop with pages for the other clients then added as time has passed. so I can see the reason for the confusion (which probably as relates to the replaygain question) though the android app is much restricted compared to the desktop due to it being newer and what the OS platform restricts. so I doubt you'll see skins as the app is more going towards matching the native android look.

Actually the only thing I really have trouble with on a touch screen (it would be horrid on a phone I would think) is the equaliser, which is so shallow that I find it very difficult to operate with any finesse

as dro says at this time skins are not available
though somewhere in the future it maybe possible to add skinning, to at least the widget
as program is still a toddler compared to some programs it will be a while
