k how do you make a skin in that thing that tells you how to make them it dosent say how to do a background and its to hard to understand can anybody tell me how to do it??

I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about but all you have to do is open the main.bmp in your graphics program and alter it to make a picture 'background' copy and paste your pic onto the main.bmp

Also, it makes it much easier to understand what you are trying to say if you use periods to mark the end of a sentence ;)
