What version is the best? & how can i stream from icecast & shoutcast at the same?

i have an icecast server open up & running, but now i'm looking for a way to stream through Shoutcast at the same time, is it possible?

Exist other servers list besides that?

What winamp version is the best to stream?

and Some of you know someway to change my ip radio station without using no-ip?
