You can install a server to make the transition from an online broadcast , and a playlist when the transmission is offline ?

playlist (source) management isn't a part of the SHOUTcast server (DNAS) so there is no error. Try to use the search-funtion here. with a little bit of luck or without a search-function and opened eyes you will find here some possible ways.

you need an auto-dj (something that runs as a SHOUTcast compatible source) that can transition between a playlist and a live dj.
