Shoutcast v2 - Log tailing doesn't tail
 

I recently switched over to Shoutcast version 2 from the original. I notice in the Admin gui that when clicking "tailing" for the logs it shows the entire log to date, rather than just the tail of the log (the latest one page). You can also click "log" to show the entire log. But in my case, both "log" and "tailing" show the log in its entirety.

The "tailing" feature was great because it would quickly show just the latest page and not try to download the entire log, which can get pretty cumbersome after a day. Any ideas on how to get the log to "tail" correctly?

it's working as it's been coded to do with the 2.x DNAS i.e. show everything and then tail (subject to browser timeouts, etc).

Unfortunately, version 2x tails the entire log hence, not just the true last page tail like version 1x did.
