Transcoder for NSV

Hello community,
I have a problem with the transcoder for NSV.
The bit rate of 320 kbps is transmitted from the transcoder with 320000 kbps.
It would be very nice if you could DRO fixed this. The transcoder I have is from 20.12.2004.

The transcoder and the NSV container are not more supported since some years. DrO ist also not more a part of SHOUTcast. I woud say there is no way.
