Mac installation instructions anywhere?
 

I'm trying to set up my radio stream (for a show that airs in a few hours.. hmm hopeful!)

And while I'm very technical I'm rather lost on the installation instructions of how to install Shoutcast.

is there anywhere a concise list of steps that I need to do to install it?

So far I've put all the files in a folder, but when I run sc_serv I get

2015-11-02 10:46:27 ERROR [MAIN] Aborting as no valid config files could be found.
2015-11-02 10:46:27 ERROR [MAIN] Try running setup mode to create a valid config file.

First hurdle, I'm sure there will be more. Any help would be very gratefully received!
