Source DNAS Setup

I'm trying to set up my SHOUTcast for the first time but I'm having no luck. I'm following the instructions from file:///C:/Program%20Files/SHOUTcast/docs/DNAS_Server.html#Run_in_the_Console
but it seems to be a little too confusing. Can anyone help me?
