I seen a thread here saying that skins are published in the order of thier ID number and that they know how to change that number. Some of the skins already posted have numbers that would be before and after 1 of my skins waiting to be published. If people are changing ID #'s could that prevent other peoples skins from getting published?

I think the thread you must have seen was talking about changing the number of skins viewed on a page at one time, not changing the ID# of the skins.

The component ID#'s are assigned by Winamp.com, I don't think anyone but Winamp Admin could alter them. :)
