What do you have to do here to get more than 3 stars on a skin?

Nice skin! I think that the problem is that it looks like it was made with a skinning program - the butons and sliders are more or less the same as what's on the base skin. And the people here at winamp aren't too fond of that. Generally you get a good rating if your skin is original, and everything is skinned well, including the cursors, and doesn't look like the base skin.
