Okay call me stupid....but this is my first skin. If you can not make a picture transparent....how the hell are you supposed to place a picture as the base skin. In other words how do I make a picture my base skin??

It looks strange, I know, but it has all the key parts of the winamp skin highlighted in primary colours, so it's easy to see where to make adjustments. Just unzip the file, edit the bitmaps that are within it, and zip the file again.
