Why is it that the skin for the main window when its a bar and unfocused takes the image from 1 pixel up into the focused main window bar?

Also is it just me or does the equalizer button to make the window go to a bar not make the cursor to the button cursor?

Any help on these issues would be appreciated.

The problem you're having with the main winshade jumping up 1 pixel when switching from active to inactive, is a bug with Winamp, there is nothing you can do about it (except for some creative skinning on your part :D ), it has always been this way.

The cursor that appears over the EQ winshade button is called eqtitle.cur...there is no special cursor for the winshade button on the eq.
