Hi all

Artist and Title shown in the Winamp List come from id3v2 (in case it's not blank)
Is there an option to take these informations from id3v1 instead ?

Because my mp3 are on CD-R , all of them have correct infos in the id3v1 tag, but a lot of garbage in the id3v2 tag
So all this garbage is shown in the Winamp list, as it takes the infos from id3v2

And now it's too late to update anything, as it's already on CD-R

What a bummer! Hate to suggest it, but you could revert back to ver 2.65. That was the last version that didn't have ID3V2 support.

Or you could just keep Winamp 2.72 but replace its in_mp3.dll with the one from Winamp 2.65.
