I'm listening to an Mp3 cd on Winamp, and at the beginning of every track, in the Volume Control setting, it resets to mute, or the lowest volume setting in the Wave Balance setting. Why's it doing this? How can I make it stop and stay at my chosen volume setting? Please help.
