Disconnected source still sends metadata to shoutcast
 

Hi,

Our radio station has an issue where a disconnected source is still sending metadata to SHOUTcast server. If there is one source already connected and is currently broadcasting, no other source should be able to connect at the same time. When the other source attempts to connect (using SAM Broadcaster 4.2.2), they get error 200 (stream occupied), however if that source starts a song, metadata is still being sent to the server despite the source not being connected. Essentially, it means that two sources are sending metadata to the server at the same time thus causing issues.

This became an issue when our shoutcast server host upgraded the server to version 2.4.7.256.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
