Hi,

I've now got about 10,000 mp3 files on my network
server in my house... I've been using Music Match
Jukebox, but there support is lame and they never
listen to their customer requests and no one develops
new stuff for it. I would like to switch to using
winamp, but I need some form of database support
with this many MP3s and it has to be pretty fast,
is there a plugin that will help me organize all
the my mp3s? Possibly using SQL or Access databases?
would be really cool, or mysql or any linux variant
database would be good as well.

Thanks

the media library thing in WA3 seems like it would work for that purpose, but it is very unstable for me and I'll wait for a different version for it.

Just one question: WHY?

A SQL-like database might make querying easier, but its going to takes as long to add all your songs to it as it takes to add them to your music library or playlist in winamp (3).
