Ok i published my skin Melting Metal sometime around november and then republished it in january and it's still not published. i really want it published cuz it's the best skin i've made and i want it to spread out and get a good rating and stuff. should i try republishing it again or should i just continue to wait

Just wait a bit longer, it could take a couple of months, I don't think resubmitting helps, in fact I'm pretty sure it takes even longer before you get published if you resubmit.
I've got a skin I resubmitted in october, and again in december and it's still not published, while some skins I submitted in december are published. Just sit tight and wait, in the mean time start work on your next skin.

August of 2000 and still waiting

Why does this take so long? How many Skins do they get everyday? Perhaps they should look for more reviewers
